Kim Curtis

Kim is a member of the Acting Company of the WSC Avant Bard, where he has acted in many productions of Shakespeare, Chekov, Wilde, and Tennessee Williams. He danced with the Washington Opera and was in the world premiere of Menotti's Goya on PBS. Among his many roles, he played Bertrand in Arcturus' production of 3 by Samuel Beckett.

Evan J. Dice

Evan is a violinist, music educator, and independent composer and performer. He lives in New York City and performs electro-acoustic music regularly as ((S*5)). He wrote and performed original music for productions of Deborah Brevoort's Women of Lockerbie, András Visky's Born for Never/Backborn, and Arcturus' productions of Distracted, John Cage: Theatre Piece and Marilyn Ansevin Austin's The Point.

Ross Heath

Ross is the founding artistic director of Arcturus and directed its productions of 3 by Samuel Beckett, Distracted, John Cage:Theatre Piece, and August Strindberg's The Pelican. He has an M.S. from the University of Maryland Graduate School of Management and Technology.

Jeff Maione

Jeff’s experience with event coordination, fundraising, non-profit organization, and program management stems from twenty years of service in the U.S. Air Force and local communities. Jeff performed murder mystery, comedy, and drama with the Theatre Company of Rhode Island and was a stagehand for the Stuttgart Theater Center. He plays bass and drums for the band Heather’s Headache.

Margeaux Martine

Margeaux’s roles span women’s evolution, iconic to practical, as dancers in Guys and Dolls, Cabaret, The Merry Widow, and Amahl and the Night Visitors; as Amneris’ spirit in Aida; as mythical Echo and Orphee; as handmaiden to princesses; and as a haunting ghost. Working women’s challenges include an 1840s ballet mistress in Verdi’s Nabucco, a psychiatrist, a murdered truck driver, Russian laundry woman, and features in The Wire, Veep, House of Cards, and Special Victims Unit.

Laura Ogelman

Laura helps with fundraising for Arcturus. An avid theater-goer herself, Laura began volunteering with productions when her children developed an interest in D.C.-area theater. Laura’s work with Arcturus combines her love of the arts with her professional background in advocacy work. Laura’s years as a Board Member and volunteer with the Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum in Austin, Texas, showed her how successful a small organization can be with a devoted group of dynamic volunteers and contributors.

Cristen Stephansky

Cristen is a graduate of the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts, Carnegie Mellon University, and Penn State University. She enjoys acting in the D.C. area and can be seen performing locally. She writes short plays and films in her spare time. Cristen played Sherry in Arcturus' Distracted, Noisemaker in John Cage:Theatre Piece, and the daughter in Marilyn Ansevin Austin's The Point.

Wendy Wilmer

Wendy has been involved in Washington D.C. theater for more than four decades, during which time she has been a performer (stage, musical comedy, children's theater, opera, puppet theater, voice over, and industrial training films), administrator, producer, board member, and just about anything else that would help artistic endeavors grow. She performed in Arcturus’ productions of 3 by Samuel Becket, John Cage: Theatre Piece, and August Strindberg's The Pelican
